Each milestone helped us test, learn, and refine what Helix stands for, a more connected and liquid Web3.
Now, we're stepping into the next phase. The focus for the coming quarters is simple: turn everything we've built into motion, expanding vaults, deepening integrations, and opening new ways for the community to participate.
Q4 2025: Building the Foundation for Scale
The final quarter of 2025 is about putting real weight behind the Helix vision, scaling infrastructure, community, and liquidity.
What's coming:
- SNS Proposal & TokenomicsSubmit the SNS proposal and finalize tokenomics with community input
- Mainnet LaunchLaunch the mainnet hstICP DeFi pool, supported by a strategic liquidity mining campaign
- Partner OnboardingOnboard the first wave of partner protocols for hstICP integrations — including DEXes and lending platforms
- Community EducationKick off a community vault education series, showing users how to propose and govern vault creation
This phase sets the groundwork for the decentralized layer that keeps liquidity alive — not controlled, but coordinated.
Q1 2026: Expanding the Network
With hstICP live, early 2026 is about expanding Helix beyond the Internet Computer and making liquidity coordination multi-chain.
What's coming:
- Multi-Chain ExpansionExpand Helix Vault deployment to BNB Chain, Ethereum, and HyperEVM, with hstICP bridging live
- Liquidity PartnershipsSecure 2–3 liquidity-sharing agreements with LST providers and cross-chain yield protocols
- Marketing CampaignsRun co-marketing campaigns with ICP hubs and multi-chain partners
- Conference PresencePresent at the ICP Global Conference and at least one major Ethereum/EigenLayer event
By this point, Helix will no longer be confined to one ecosystem, it'll be a bridge layer connecting them all.
Q2 2026: Enter the Multi-Asset Era
This is where Helix truly opens up. Q2 will introduce multiple assets, validators, and new ways to interact with liquidity.
What's coming:
- Multi-Asset VaultsLaunch multi-asset Helix Vaults, including ckBTC, ckETH, and other LSTs alongside hstICP
- EigenLayer IntegrationIntegrate EigenLayer Actively Validated Services (AVS) restaking flows for non-Ethereum assets via Helix
- Operator ProgramBegin the Helix Operator Program for AVS and LRT validators
- Vault Factory ResearchStart research and testnet for the community-created vault factory
Each addition makes Helix more composable, community-driven, and connected, where stakers, operators, and builders share the same incentives.
Q3 2026: Liquidity Meets DeFi
This quarter, we’ll focus on connecting Helix-issued LRTs to the broader DeFi ecosystem.
Position hstICP and other Helix-issued Liquid Restaked Tokens (LRTs) as collateral standards in major DeFi protocols.
Host the Helix Summit, bringing together ICP and multi-chain DeFi builders to showcase integrations and shared progress.
Looking Ahead
Helix Labs was never about a single product or chain it's about coordination.
Each milestone brings us closer to a world where capital moves intelligently across ecosystems, stakers stay liquid, and builders can plug into a shared liquidity layer for Web3.
2025 set the stage, 2026 will be about expanding it, together.
